Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Options

Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipping options: USPS First Class Mail , Fedex Ground, UPS Ground

Please noteShipping to P.O. boxes, UPS and FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.  Please choose a USPS shipping option as this is the only carrier who can deliver to you.

How do I check the status of my order?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number so you can use the tracking No. to check order status. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@kbtbattery.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it and reply you soon.

Ater sales Services

If you receive the battery that is dead on arrival (completely not hold a charge), please contact with us for after sales service within 3 days of delivered time. We will send you replacement order without charges after we confirm that the battery in your hand is sold by us and has product quality defect that caused dead battery problem.
